Patricia Perez, Ed.D.
Founder

Dr. Patricia Perez holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership with an option in Urban Teacher Leadership and a doctorate of education in Organizational Leadership. I served as an educator, a consultant, and a teacher coach, which provided professional development, curriculum development, and multi-cultural awareness services to local and international educational institutions and corporations. In the past two decades, I have developed a wide range of experience working at every level of public education, providing suppor  to educators and directly to students. My interest focuses on promoting educational excellence through equity in order to overcome institutional barriers that confront underserved students of diverse backgrounds.

I have been in the mental health field for the past 15 years and have a passion for helping others build skills, grow, and make meaningful life changes. I strive to create a space where clients and students feel seen, heard, and accepted, and where they can explore change without shame or judgment. I honor each person’s pace, process, and individuality, while respecting their background, culture, identity, and values. In addition to my clinical work, I have a passion for teaching and equipping others with the skills they need to succeed in the world. As an Education Director, I develop and implement educational programs and policies, oversee curriculum development and delivery, and ensure that learning opportunities are accessible and meaningful. I strongly believe in providing people with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, empowering them to step into roles that create lasting impact in their communities and lives. My goal is to support individuals in creating a fulfilling and meaningful life by drawing on my experience as both a clinical therapist and an educational director. I stay informed on the latest clinical knowledge, evidence-based practices, and effective teaching strategies to provide guidance, education, and opportunities that foster personal growth, resilience, and leadership development.
